Cruise the North Cornish coast in style

The Jubilee Queen of Padstow, a true lady of the sea, she has been cruising for 40 years

Welcome aboard the Jubilee Queen!

The north coast's biggest and best cruiser vessel, offering the ultimate exploration of this special part of the North Cornwall coastline.

Built in 1977, the Jubilee Queen is an 80ft passenger vessel with a capacity of 200, a fully licensed bar and toilet facilities. A true part of North Cornish history herself she was built locally up the river by the Chapman & Hewitt boatyard at Wadebridge, and almost 40 years later she is still owned by the Chapman family.

Fully licensed and inspected by the Maritime & Coastal Agency and Padstow Harbour Commissioners, and featuring the very latest safety equipment over and above the legal requirements, you can rest assured that we take the safety of our passengers very seriously.

What can you expect to see?

What can you expect to see?

Our crew have a combined experience of over 70 years at sea, either as coastal and deep sea fisherman, or as RNLI crew, and this unparalleled local knowledge combines to make your cruise a truly unique experience.

Enjoy a guided voiced tour of this historic coastline with a history stretching back thousands of years. Experience maritime life, vessels of the sea, beautiful scenery, secluded beaches, sheltered coves and tiny fishing communities. See puffins, cormorants, hawks, fulmars, gannets, herons, swans, and egrets swoop through the skies and dive in to the waters.

Watch schools of dolphins dance in the sun alongside the boat, fish of all types, rays, jelly fish and sharks patrolling the seas, and common and grey seals sunbathing on the rocky shore.

No two days at sea are the same, there is always something different to see!

We also offer cruises up the River Camel to Wadebridge when the tides are high, taking in the gorgeous countryside views and estuary wildlife, following the route of the old Wadebridge to Padstow Railway, now known at The Camel Trail.

Trip times and pick up locations vary every time in conjunction with the tides and the weather. Click here to view our latest sailing times.

Typically we cruise from Padstow out of the Camel Estuary in to the Atlantic Ocean and then head East past the popular destinations of Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath, up past The Rumps and Pentire Point and The Mouls rock, passing Hawkers Cove, St Georges Well and touring sheltered coves like Ephaven and Port Quin before returning back to Padstow.
